0.00

A 19th century Italian marble sculpture after the antique. The original sculpture (now in the Naples Museum) was found badly damaged in the amphitheatre at Capua and identified as Psyche - although it is now thought to represent Aphrodite. It dates from first century BC but is a Roman version of a Hellenistic original in the style of works attributed to the sculptor, Scopas. Restored.
