A very good seventeenth century Italian Pietra Serena stone chimneypiece, the moulded frieze with acanthus decoration below a prominent cornice supported by carved brackets, the whole above two hipped guilloche decorated jambs with carved leafwork and flutes upon lion paw feet. With full Italian export paperwork.
